LoneStar Design Build
Who are they? They're a husband and wife team who cover every single phase of the residential remodeling process. With their approach, homeowners work with one firm that has single source accountability, ensuring the design, scope of work, and build meet the needs, wants, and budget of the homeowner. Their Design/Build services and thorough upfront planning ensure that the remodeling project will go smoothly.
The Challenge
Scope of Work
Much time was spent learning from LoneStar Property Solutions' loyal customers, figuring out the unique brand voice, and making decisions that would stand out from the competition. In order to separate the company from others, we worked to surface common industry misconceptions, develop core messaging and redesign the website to provide a remodeling experience customers would love and appreciate.
The re-branding initiative was highly successful with major impact internally and externally. Positive feedback was given by clients and industry professionals a like. The process not only gave LoneStar Property Solutions a unique opportunity to more effectively communicate who they are and what they do, but also gave their clients tools and resources to reference every step of the way.
Other work includes a marketing plan, search engine optimization efforts, messaging, social media strategy, community relationship building and on-going brand management and implementation. Watch the strategy in action below.

Our Approach
After a few years of operating and managing their company, Kathi and Don Fleck noticed many homeowners calling them for "bids". They knew (and still do) that there's much, much more involved in "biding" for a job than just providing homeowners with a rough estimate over the phone.
They realized part of the problem was that homeowners were not receiving a break-down of the process from the professionals they were speaking with. Knowing every home improvement professional works differently, Kathi and Don decided to bridge the communication gap by transitioning into a Design/Build firm.
With their approach, homeowners work with one firm that has single source accountability, ensuring the design, scope of work, and build meet the needs, wants, and budget of their clients. This method greatly reduces the finger pointing that often accompanies the traditional architect/designer then bid approach.
And so, a rebrand began...
